Ustad Wasifuddin Dagar is the last of a chain of three hundred years
of Dhrupad Masters. Dhrupad is the oldest school of Indian singing
and it allows you to contact your own interior voice,
to open up to healing and to the subtle connections.
There is a difficulty that most of people have: to accept something good, a practice that keep the goodness, the easiness, the light inside of them. That is the big challenge, they get so hypnotized about the darkness inside that they forget completely about the light. For this reason it is extremely important that you sing in the Uwaysi System for example.
To keep a practice that is good for you, that is increasing your light, is a away to learn to take care for yourself. The same if you are in the prayers, you keep them stronger; and so for the singing, every morning.
The singing is a must, because it balances the Work. This is very important point.
When you are singing the Drupad, you reach a time when you are out of your drama. That is very very precious. It is very hard to find a method that takes you such a long time out of yourself. I haven’t find anything like that. It is really one of the most unique method. That’s why i really encourage people to follow it. There is nothing that can take you so strong and bring you very easily in higher states of consciousness.
