Open a New Chapter: Retreat with Shaykh Burhanuddin in Lapinjärvi, Finland

This September, we warmly invite you to join us for an intensive Retreat in the beautiful natural surroundings of Lapinjärvi, Finland.
We are living through a time of profound change. The pressures of modern life call us to cultivate greater awareness, clarity, and inner stability; not only for ourselves, but for our families, our communities, and the world we share. Now more than ever, there is a need to return to what is truly essential.
This retreat is an invitation to open a new chapter.
Labels, identities, affiliations, these matter less and less. What counts is the sincere intention to take your life into your own hands and to learn how to live it fully, with presence, purpose, and joy.

Over the course of the retreat, participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the wisdom and practices of the Sufi tradition. The program weaves together sacred music, Dhikr, observation exercises, contemplation, and other spiritual practices to awaken the heart and deepen self-knowledge. The peaceful setting of Lapinjärvi offers an ideal space for reflection, inner work, and genuine human connection. Away from the noise of daily life, we can learn to listen more carefully — to ourselves, to one another, and to the quiet guidance that arises from within.

Whether you have walked the Sufi path for years or are simply drawn to a deeper understanding of yourself and of life, this retreat offers a welcoming space for exploration, transformation, and growth.

The Retreat will take place from Friday 04, in the morning, to Sunday 06 September, late afternoon.

Leppola is a peaceful retreat centre in the Finnish countryside, located in Lapinjärvi with easy public transport access, just 100 km from Helsinki. The venue accommodates up to 20 guests in comfortable shared rooms for two to five people, with shared bathrooms and a traditional wood-fired sauna. Guests staying with a camper van or tent can benefit from a discounted rate.

Arrival: For people coming from abroad, please let us know when you will be flying in, so we can indicate to you the best options to get there or coordinate rides with other participants.
Accommodation: The venue provides accommodation in shared rooms for 2 to 5 people; also note that the toilets are shared. In addition, the place can accommodate participants with their campers or camping tents, and they can enjoy a Discount on the price.
Meals: During the retreat, the kitchen will be serving ovo-lacto-vegetarian meals, based on organic and local products; for gluten, lactose, or any other intolerances, please specify your requests in the registration form.

Cost:

The cost of the retreat is €320 per person. This includes participation in the retreat, two nights’ accommodation in shared dorms and meals. If you would like to arrive a day earlier or stay an extra night, the cost is €20 per extra night. Participants coming with their camper or camping tent pay 280 euros per person.

Enrollment:

To confirm your participation, please submit a 90€ deposit per registrant via bank transfer or PayPal no later than 04 August 2026.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be communicated in writing to the email address 786sufiway786@gmail.com

All cancellations up to and including 20 July 2026 (11:59 PM, Central European Time) are free of charge.
Cancellations made between 21 July and 10 August 2026 (11:59 PM CET) will be subject to a 50% deposit charge.
Cancellations made from 11 August 2026 will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit.
