Sufiway Seminars in Texas

We are delighted to announce that Shaykh Burhanuddin will be visiting Texas for the first time from 6 to 14 November 2025. We are very much looking forward to this visit, as it will be a wonderful opportunity to meet brothers and sisters from across North America, many of whom we will be meeting for the first time.

During his stay in the United States, Shaykh Burhanuddin will be holding two seminars: one in the Houston area (Richmond) and one in the Dallas area (McKinney). Everyone in the area is invited to join us for this unique opportunity to come together as one big family: the human family.

Dallas area (McKinney, TX): 10–11 November 2025

Those are full-day seminars starting from 10 am and finishing around 7:00 pm.

In the seminars, Shaykh Burhanuddin will guide us on a journey to our essence using ancient Sufi wisdom. The seminars will cover sohbets (a Sufi term meaning ‘talks’), devotional practices, sound meditations and chanting. During the seminars, we will cover a wide range of topics, such as Sufi cosmology, intimate relationships, the pitfalls of the spiritual path, maintaining an active connection with the Divine, and ethical healing and much more.

Seminar in Dallas:

10–11 November 2025

Monday: from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Tuesday: from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

These are not residential events, so accommodation is not included. However, refreshments and meals will be available for the duration of the event.
Attendees are free to make their own accommodation arrangements.

About Shaykh Burhanuddin:

Shaykh Burhanuddin is a contemporary mystic of an ancient tradition, who was initiated into the Sufi path at a tender age. In his capacity as an educator, Sheikh Burhanuddin employs a multifaceted approach that integrates methodologies derived from his Sufi tradition with contemporary psychological insights.

At the age of 18, Shaykh Burhanuddin had the privilege of meeting Mawlana Shaykh Nazim al Haqqani ar Rabbani, the esteemed grandmaster of the Naqshbandi Sufi Order, one of the most venerable and authoritative of the numerous extant Sufi Orders. Under the direct mentorship of his Master, Shaykh Burhanuddin embarked on the traditional dervish training, immersing himself in the sacred practices and spiritual teachings that have been passed down through the ages. He received a direct transmission of the Naqshbandi Sufi Order.

Shaykh Burhanuddin Herrmann has been leading spiritual growth meetings and retreats all over the world for a period of more than three decades, thus serving the spiritual needs of people.

He is the author of three books, a musician, and the founder of the Dervish Orchestra.

Cost & Registration

In Houston:
The total cost of participating in the seminar, which takes place from 6 to 8 November, is 450 USD per person.

In Dallas:

The total cost of participating in the seminar, which takes place on 10 and 11 November, is 360 USD per person.
To confirm your participation, a 150 USD deposit is required. This can be made through PayPal or bank transfer.

The deadline to submit your registration is 25 October 2025.
